8老師,您好!

EB2 485 已經交 , 正在等排期校正身份, Current date is: Oct 2013, 最近EB3進展比較快, Downgrade to file EB3 140 Premium request to link to EB3 and get approved last week, 正好Current 了.

請問 老師:

1. 一旦EB3 140 批了, 是否會自動在EB3處理了?

-You need to  write a letter to USCIS to request the I-485 relink/transfer from EB-2 I-140 to the approved EB-3 I-140.

2. 一般處理需要多長時間?-Case by case.

3. 需要準備些什麽嗎?
