8老師，已經提交EB2 的485， 但身份調整時間推遲； 現在EB3調整身份的時間已經到期。 請問在現在這個時間點，可否再申請轉EB3， 另外再提交EB3 的485？感謝。

- if you have approved EB-3 I-140 and the PD is current, you may just ask USCIS to relink your pending I-485 (I-485 interfiling) to your EB-3 I-140, not need to file a new one.
