緊急請教各位大俠，關於EB2和EB3綠卡申請問題；
各位大俠好；
我今天跑了一趟USCIS的地區辦公室詢問我2007年七月28日提交的I-140和I-485申請。

我的排期是2007年七月28日，即I-140得提交日，他說當前排期是2007年四月，我還
得等多幾個月，
[1]。 我在美國有2002年美國工科碩士學位，可是為何我們公司把我歸類EB3而不是
EB2？？是公司人事不粗心大意？？
[2]。再問EB3比EB2申請綠卡晚多久？？
[3]。可以現在更改我的EB3 成為EB2 嗎？？
請問如何改？？
