I do have 5+ years experience before this position. The thing is the new position is very similar with current one, just senior level. How should I prepare the resume and job description then? Let's say job A(before current), job B(current,used for EB3) job C(the new promoted one used for EB2). so the job A experience should fit the job C requirement, and the job C requirement should be distint from the job B?
