這兒有點糊塗，我現在要申請EB2的話，肯定不能在原有的EB3的職位上，那麽怎麽：“ convince USCIS tha you will work for the Eb3 position after the GC is approved”。 我的EB3的140都批了，也交了485。

-If USCIS send you RFE about this (hope they don't), and you 肯定不能在原有的EB3的職位上, your Eb3 may be affected. Of course this is just my personal understanding based on the PERM rule and it does not mean it will absolutely happen.
