我這個月EB3綠卡批了（卡還在郵寄中，批準通知書已收到）。我今年三月被layoff，現在想申請失業救濟，是否可以？
-Of course, yes. You just bring your I-485 approval notice to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on your passport and this stamp has teh same function as the physical card. You can use this GC stamp to work, travel or apply for the 失業救濟, etc.

會否導致移民局收回我的綠卡？
