In which interview will they ask to drop EB3 case? The 1st interview for temp GC or the 2nd transfering to perm GC? If they ask, can I choose not to drop the EB3 case? (The attoney fee has been paid off and the EB3 case is in the last stage waiting for I-485 to approve ...)
