1. I140的律師費和USCIS的申請費（FILING FEE）可以由受益人支付嗎？
-Yes, you can. No law requires the employer to pay the I-140 filing fee and the lawyer fee. The law only requires the employer to pay the lawyer fee and filing fee for PERM (Labor Certificate) and the job advertisement.

2. 自己支付的話，USCIS會區別對待嗎？（相對於雇主支付）
-No. You can use your personal check.
