8老師您好，一個非常緊急的問題求教。
我申請的是NIW 140， 目前在中國國內工作，美國phd畢業。最近收到RFE信件，必須在9月24日前返回郵件處理，內容最後如下：
Please submit an original and properly completed Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089, or labor certification) Parts J, K and L, or Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA-750) Part B (Statement of Qualifications of Alien). You did not submit this evidence with Form I-140. Form I-140 must be supported by and original and properly completed ETA Form 9089, and contain the original signatures of the employer, the beneficiary, and any preparer.
而我本人申請的是NIW I140，不知道為何需要這種表，沒有請律師。我朋友同樣15年申請的niw，他在美國工作，沒有填寫這種表，已批。
-He must have forgotten what he had done. The ETA 750B Application for Alien Employment Certification must be sumitted with NIW I-140. This form does not need DOL approval, which is different with ETA 750A (i.e. PERM).
不知道為何和如何處理？我到底該填哪種表？因為時間隻剩幾天，非常緊張。懇請8老師給出指示，非常感激。
-Just fill it out and mail it to USCIS for response to the RFE (encolse the RFE with the response). No big deal.
