2）在現有EAD 卡到期， 而仍然沒有收到新卡的批準， 現有工作就必須停止？-Yes.
有無可補救方法？-Technically, no. But practically, you may ask the employer to hold your salary until your get the new card if the employer agree to do (it is illegal, but possibly USCIS should not find it).
