我朋友目前的情況是EB2, 140 approved, priority date 還沒有成current。公司已宣布把她們部門賣給另外一家公司，可能7月份完成整個交易過程。現在在等待公司的進一步的消息，不能保證新公司會接受目前部門的所有員工。在這種情況下，想谘詢8老師幾個問題：
1. 如果她的priority date 在公司的收購交易結束之前變成了current, 她能以現在公司的名義提交485 嗎？
-Depends on whether the company (original I-140 sponsor)agree to hire her back after she gets the green card (she needs a support letter from them to file I-485).

2. 假如新公司給她offer, priority date 是在公司的收購交易結束之後變成了current, 到時能以新公司名義直接提交485嗎？
-Yes, but the new company needs to file an I-140 amendment to take over the approved I-140. Talk to the lawyer and the lawyer will take care of it.

需要重新辦perm嗎？
-No.
