EB2 and EB2 for same employer

Is it possible for an employer to sponsor the same employee both EB2 and EB3 on two different job titles?

Is there a way to find out how many EB2 green cards are issued to mainland china born appplicants per year?

If I got my priority date today, can I find out how many people are in front of me?
