lg今天跟公司的律師conference call

得知雖然排期到了，但是還不能遞交

因為他的工資還沒有到當初file perm時候的prevailing wage

而且還差好多，估計要再漲2-3次工資才行

是不是除了等就毫無其他方法了

-Not need the salary to meet the requirement at this point, but the employer needs to provide the eveidence to prove the ability to pay such as financial statement, etc. The lawyer should know that the prevail wage is for the payment after getting the green card.
