EB2 lawyer fees

I am about to apply EB2, a lawyer office gave me the follow quote, is the price normal?

 

$2,000 upon signing this contract

$1,000 upon approval of labor certificate

$1,500 upon preparing I-140 petition with the USCIS

$500 upon approval of I-140 petition
