You are right. I just got the RFE email notification. I haven't recieved it yet. I am sure it will ask for an EVL because I was laid off last year. My current employer is not the employer that sponsored my I-140. In the EVL, does my current employer need to state my current salary?

Thanks a lot! I may have more questions after I know exactly what the RFE is within a few days.
