老公單位的律師讓所有資料齊全後再遞交，但是體檢要三四個星期才能完成。

上一次就因為體檢晚了一個月後，EB1排期從current一下倒退了兩三年。我看這裏很多人都提到先遞資料然後體檢。是不是可以這樣？我現在對老公公司使用的律師很懷疑了，感覺他們很懶散不為客戶著想。

-You need to provide all of the required documents at one time. You may contact more doctors to see which one can get the physical exam done sooner. As far as I know, some doctors can complete it in about one week.
