本人熱能與動力工程類專業博士畢業，非美國本土博士。中國出生，現在美國境外工作，博士畢業工作有9年時間。
想在美國境外申請NIW或者EB1A。條件如下
（1）文章30篇，google引用360多，scopus引用330多
（2）十幾篇雜誌的reviewer，review文章超過30篇
（3）無專利
這樣的條件申請NIW，特別是EB1A幾率有多大？
-No problem for NIW, and big chance for EB1A. Find some powerful people to write recommendations for you. You had better hire an experienced immigrant lawyer to prepare for the paperwork for you.
NIW如果批準了，目前的排期大概要多久？-Normally 4 to 5 years.
EB1A如果有premium process有什麽好處和壞處？-I don't suggest you to uese premium processing because it is make USCIS too urgent to make a decision. Thus, they may send you Request for Evidence (RFE).
