我可否這樣理解您的回複
1）現在我的身份（Eb1b 485 pending）可以合法家裏蹲-Yes. But if you don't have a job and USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, you will be trouble.
2）停薪留職沒收入沒啥問題或者說容易解釋清楚，但是找正式工作如果不是同行業和永久職位問題會有風險-The problem is that your employer has to support you and provide the support document to prove you are still their employee if USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. If USCIS does not send you RFE, you are always fine.
3）我可否找臨時工，contractor之類的工作，不給uscis遞交J表，解釋為除了在案的永久職位的工作還有其他非全職工作
USCIS怎麽知道我又去工作了呢？也就是在什麽情況下會RFE J表-Your new employer will send IRS the W2 or 1099 for every paycheck you get. Then,, USCIS will find that from IRS when they decide to make a decision on your I-485.
