我公司支持eb1b, 2017年12月的Pd, 2018年已經麵試了（麵試後無任何狀態更新，但是據說是正常）

現在苦等排期中

但是雪上加霜公司發不出工資了，但是願意配合我做所有努力拿到綠卡

行業的原因，基本找不到其他的permanent 同行業的工作 

請問：

          1）一直到排期大約還有半年到一年，原公司可以停薪留職，保留法律上永久職位。這個會有問題嗎？停薪留職可以多久不會出問題？-Your H-1b status will be invalid. But you still can stay in US with the pending I-485 and use EAD to work if you can find a job. 

          2）如果停薪留職不行，為了配合我拿綠卡，原公司也是拚了，我可以用自己的錢打給公司，算是給公司的投資，然後公司再給我發payroll，請問有這個必要嗎？ -It is fine, but not neccessary. Because you have been interviewed, USCIS may not check your employment status in details later unless you change your job. If USCIS ask your employment status later, your company may just file another I-485J to confirm that you sre still the company employee. So, you may not need to worry too much.

          3）停薪留職期間我可以找別的非permanent或者非同行業工作嗎？這樣的工作可以不更新J表以免被拒嗎？-If you change your job, USCIS will ask you to provide a new I-485J from your new employer, and that may put you in risk due to your 非permanent或者非同行業工作.
