填寫485表時，遇到兩個問題，需繼續請教您：

1. 我最後一次入境美國時使用的護照，按其首頁上寫明的時間還有一年才到期，但實際上該護照在我此前換領新護照時已被注銷。因此，填寫485表護照到期時間，我是寫該護照上注明的到期時間，還是寫被注銷時間（即新護照生效時間）？

-You need to provide the copy of information pages of the current valid passport (i.e. the new one) and put this information on the new passport in I-485. You also need to provide the copy of the visa stamp and entry stamp pages of your old passport used for your last entry. Also, don't forget to print out the I-94 from CBP website which was issued to you for your last entry and provide it for I-485 filing. Read the I-485 instructions carefully.

2. 孩子持F-1上學，他的485表上的住址可否選擇和我們相同住址？

-No.

還是必須寫他自己的實際住址？

-Yes. USCIS will conduct the background check for him, so he must provide his actual resident address.
