1. EB-1A自主申請，在I-485 pending期間，如果使用EAD在同一實驗室從J-1身份轉換成employee，會影響綠卡的最終批準嗎？
-No. But you have to get J-1 waiver.
在這種情況下，需要注意什麽問題？-Don't lose your job.
2. 孩子現在是F-1，作為副申請人在I-485 pending期間回國，再進入美國隻能用AP嗎？-Yes, use AP only.
如果用了AP，假如以後I-485被拒，這種情況下F-1身份還能繼續保持到I-20到期嗎？謝謝！
-No. Once your kid uses AP, his/her F-1 is void and if I-485 is denied, he has to leave US in this case.
