求問好心的8老師：我的非移民簽證2月14日到期，目前Eb1+485在焦頭爛額地準備中，每天時間都很緊張，很可能要戰鬥到最後時刻才能寄出。請問最晚哪天寄出才不會丟失合法身份？萬分感謝！
