感謝您之前的回答，您回答中提到" But if your case is forwarded to NVC, then you have to apply for the visa in one year from the date NVC contact you."，我不清楚我現在的狀態是否屬於“forwarded to NVC"，我收到對方的回信中這麽提到

NVC received either a fee payment or mail from you recently.  However, we need to have all of the following items before we can review your case: 

1. Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Form DS-260):
2. Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and financial supporting evidence (not required for employment-based petitions):
3. Supporting Civil Documents:

If you have already sent in all of the applicable items above we will review your case. For current processing times, please visit our website at nvc.state.gov/submit (English) or nvc.state.gov/enviar/espanol (Spanish). We will let you know after our review if anything is missing or if any other action is required.

 

請問上麵的情況是說我這個case 還沒有“forwarded to NVC"? 還是說1年內我必須都辦理好，謝謝您。
-Who sent you this letter. NVC or USCIS? If it is NVC, then you need to follow NVC Instructions to pay the fee and file DS 260, etc. NVC should send you the invoice for the fee payment. If you have not receive the invoice, you need to contact NVC.
