請問8老師：我的一個朋友現在EB1B 140 Approved, 485 在以前有名額時已經submitted, 但一直appending, 估計要十月份才會有名額。現在有個比較好的職位，想去另一個公司，如果辭職，有什麽後果？原來幫他申請EB1B的公司可以向移民局申請撤回他的pending 485嗎？還有其他什麽風險？
-Depends. If the I-485 has been pending for > 180 days, then it is fine for him to change the employer. Otherwise, if < 180 days, the current employer may request withdrawal of the approved I-140, thus the I-485 will be void.
