8老師，請教您Supporting Civil Documents的幾個問題

8老師，有3個材料有疑問，向您請教。

1. Birth

Original medical certificates of birth (Chu Sheng Yi Xue Zheng Ming) are available starting from 1996. Also available are notarial birth certificates, which are secondary evidence.

我沒有Original medical certificates of birth，是必須開具notarial birth certificates（出生證明）嗎？是要去原出生地開具證明？我有獨生子女證，是否可以作為證明。

 

2. Marriage

Available in the form of notarial marriage certificates (Jie Hun Gong Zheng [or Zheng Ming] Shu) 

我們的結婚證是要找地方公證？

3. Police, Court, Prison Records

這些證明是自己寫，然後去目前居住地所在派出所蓋章嗎？另外，請問有沒有模板
