i have questions as to Eb1A:
i have a close friend who wants to apply for EB1A, he is now in China. he has only BS in architect, but he has a high position in his big company, annual salary is high. he has no research , but he the cahnceswas a main deviser of several tall buildings. how do you think as to the chance to successfully apply for the green card?
-I can not make the judgement on whether he is qualified for EB1A because I has no idea his background. Generally speaking, he has to have great achievements on his field such as receiving some kind of outstanding awards. His BS degree should not be a problem. You may consult an immigration lawyer (there are some lawyers who can evalute his case for free).
