EB1B I140 剛批,準備自己diy 485。

有一個問題，我是在紐約州，本來I140是file到tsc的，10月的時候，紐約和別的幾個州被load shift到nsc了，所以i140是在nsc批的， linxxxx。

我想問， I485那file的哪裏？nsc還是tsc？目前查I485的instruction 紐約的還是要file的tsc （dallas）。
