謝謝8老師的回複。EB1B是要求公司提供的是permanent research positon，但是如果我和該公司已經私下達成默契：目的就是在該公司給我付最少的工資的情況下，幫我申請EB1B。這樣，是不是我們隻用在employment verification letter裏麵寫明這是一個permanent research positon，但是在我的I485獲批後（或者I485提交180天後），就可以停止給我發工資了？因為我看到有不少人是I485獲批後就轉工作了。非常感謝8老師。
-There is not a specific requirement for salary level for EB-1B, but you can not get paid too low compared to the market level for the same kind of position (a little lower is OK). After you get the green card, you can leave immediately if you have worked for the employer for > 6 months before you get the green card.
