H1b被lay off, eb1a 140/485 co file, 現在140被 rfe了! 請教諸位大俠該怎麽辦
-It is very common for EB-1A to have RFE. So, just respond to the RFE by proving what the RFE asked. Find a lawyer to help you, if necessary.

Also, try to find a job to get the H-1 status back.
