我不明白I-797C是一個什麽表格,如果我同時提交I-140和I-907，是否就沒有I-797C。
我提交材料有下麵這些是不是就可以了

1. Original signed form I-140,  filling fee in the amount of $580 made payable to the Department of Homeland Security;
2. Original signed form I-907,  and filling fee in the amount of $1225 made payable to the Department of Homeland Security;
3. Petition Letter (detailed list of supporting documents enclosed);
4. Documentation at corresponding exhibits demonstrating my eligibility for permanent residence status (Please see list of INDEX OF EXHIBITS for details).
5. Certification of translation.
