回答: EB1B I-140網上狀態已經approved但2個月了未收到paper notice 由 sleepbird 於 2014-12-28 19:39:43

I am not sure how long it will take to get the approval notice. If I file 485 using the receipt notice, what will happen? RFE finally? So I still need to get the approval notice anyway, right? Will USCIS give me EAD and AP if I use receipt notice to file?
I appreciate your replies.
