我老婆H4期間做小生意（大概5年左右），主要是從美國買貨寄到中國賣，每年要從國內匯至少二三十萬美元來美國的銀行賬戶（因為信用卡刷卡基本一年是二三十萬美元）。並且有時候還會用bill pay或者boa支付給幫她收貨的人。
這個會被查到嗎？會影響我們辦綠卡嗎？
-Yes. If she paid the tax, USCIS will find it and her green card application will be affected. If she does not pay the tax, IRS will find it and she might be fined.

最近要遞485，突然發現要擔心的事情很多
-She had better go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back and then, file I-485. She needs to stop working until she gets the EAD after I-485 filing.
