我現在的公司幫著申請EB1-B，材料不久就要寄出去了。拿到140後我可能會立刻申請485，但若在485批之前跳槽，如果現在的公司撤銷140，會有什麽影響嗎？還是我應該到新公司申請485？新公司答應給辦綠卡，不過要入之後等幾個月。若在現在的公司遞交485，是不是等遞交了1、2個月後跳槽比較合適？
-You had better change employer after you filed I-485 (the I-485 is pending ) for at least180 days. Otherwise, if your current employer (EB1B sponsor) withdraw the I-140, your I-485 will be denied and you have to do it all over again.
