EB1A提交I485的時候失業了且out of status

EB1A的I140已批，還沒來得及交I485就失業了，postdoc工作沒了，J1身份同時失效。

 

現在還能在J1身份失效後180天內交I485嗎？

 

會不會因為是public charge而被拒？如果我有一個跟I140同性質的工作offer，有存款證明，可以用來證明不是publich charge嗎？

 

另外同時交EAD和AP申請的話，三個月後拿到EAD是不是就不是out of status了？
