有個approved NIW, 現在EB1B concurrent filing，不申請EAD，律師說如果140被拒，485會有個記錄, 對以後再申請不好。
-Not true, but if your I-140 is denied, you will waste your I-485 filing fee and the physical exam fee because I-485 will also be denied. So, you had better file I-485 after the EB1B I-140 is approved.

對我以後NIW 485的影響有多大？
-Not affect anything.

是不是到時候要在 NIW 485的表格上填以前申請過485？還要提供paperwork？是什麽paperwork？ 容易準備嗎？這個以前申請過485的記錄會導致NIW 485被拒嗎
