請教各位老師關於EB1B簽名的問題
我的情況是：現在州立大學做research faculty，我自己找律師辦EB1B。但是，administrative assistant 說 "the University will not sign form G-28 as the university does not have a contract with the attorney of your choosing"。律師說沒關係，beneficiary也可以sign form G-28。我仔細讀了pjiang的blog，http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/14332/200807/221.html，好象beneficiary不能sign form G-28。
我想請教一下：
1. EB1B的申請，學校不願意在G-28簽名，是否beneficiary也可以sign form G-28。
2. Form G-28上的Respondent是什麽含義，beneficiary是否可以作為Respondent。
3. EB1B的申請，是否隻有I-140必須由學校簽，其他文件如petition letter等都可以由律師簽呢？
