請教8老師和皮匠老師，我怎麽樣才能知道我的485是link到現在的EB1B還是過去的NIW？

我二月遞的485,是EB1B，但是我有09年已經批了的NIW 140，而且二月正好也是NIW排期到期的時候，雖然後來又倒退了。我做了infopass想問問485是不是給我link到我的EB1B，結果收到USCIS的回信簡直是答非所問。說什麽：your case is currently under review. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. At this time, there is no other information regarding your case we can offer you. The same action applies to the following receipt numberXXX(我的EB1B140 receipt number).

打電話去問了tier 2的officer，說是他們電腦裏也隻能看見這個，不知道我的case是link到EB1還是NIW。

請問我現在怎麽才能知道是link到哪個case呢？
