EB1B的140和485一起遞交後，是不是要收到各自的receipt number？

是不是140批了後，才開始審理485？

如果140批了，而485超過了180天，就可以換工作

或不用擔心被解雇了？

-You need to have a job for I-485 approval.

180天是從140批了後計算，還是從485的notice date或received date，或priority date計算？

-from the receipt date of I-485.
