-Had better keep H-1 status, if possible.

2. 如果未來綠卡出現問題，是否還可以通過雇主重新申請，再次獲得H1身份嗎？-Depends. If you have not used the 6-year H1 limnit or you have extended the H-1 beyond the 6-year limit, your employer can file the H-1 petition for you, but you need to go out of US to get the H-1 visa to come back.
