Thanks. I should have made it clearer. I'm on H4. My husband's H1B wil expire in Aug, my EAD also expires in Aug. He needs to renew his H1B for another 3 years. Can I file my EAD renewal together with his H1B renewal? 

-If his H-1 will expire soon, your H-4 also will expire at the same timne. Thus, you also need to file H-4 extension with his H-1 extension at  the same time and of course, you can also file your EAD renewal application with your H-4 extension.
