請教8老師，H1B在提交485申請時，是否也需要申請EAD工卡，還是隻使用原來的work permit？謝謝
-Not have to, but not hurt you to apply for it (no fee, anyway). As long as you don't use the EAD to work, your H1B will not be affected even if you have the EAD in hand.
