我現在是H4身份, 老公4月初遞交了I485, 並同時申請了EAD，但還沒有批下來，我以前以H1B spouse的身份申請過EAD，但從來沒用過，後來又回國探親，回來又給了我一個新的H4 797，如果我現在要工作，還可以用以前申請到的EAD工作嗎？
-Yes if the H-4 EAD does not expire yet. If it expired, you cannot use it.
還是可以再申請H1B spouse的EAS嗎？
-Yes, but because you have applied for a new EAD based on I-485, you don't need to apply for H-4 EAD again which will cost you several hundred dollars. I-485 based EAD is free.
另外我是加拿大公民，可以去申請TN簽證嗎？-No more TN for you because you filed I-485 (immigrant intent).
