各位老師好，請教一個問題。 我太太(H4副申請人)4月份自己填表遞交了485 ，今天收到USCIS收件通知。通知中寫到：“A  valid G-28 was NOT received with your case. If you wish to be represented, please contact your attorney or accredited representative to submit a G-28 to a USCIS location.
請問, 她必須委托律師填寫G-28表嗎？不委托也可以？她的英文水平沒問題。謝謝。
-If you/she does not hire a lawyer, you/she do not need to file G-28. It is very strange that USCIS asked for G-28. Did your spouse fill Part 12 of I-485 and click "7.b."? If yes, the USCIS will ask G-28 which should be completed by the attorney and signed by your spouse and the attorney>

She may just explain it to USCIS by response to the RFE that she does not need an attorney for her I-485 case, so she does  not need to provide G-28.
