各位老師好，請問一個問題。我的i-130表格已經拿到了priority date，我現在的F1到了申請opt的階段。請問我的opt是否與i-130或i-485衝突？我知道在file i-485前我可以申請EAD and AP，請問我現在申請的EAD和到時的會衝突嗎？謝謝！
-You had better apply for the I-485 based EAD when or after you file I-485. USCIS may not approve your OPT EAD if you apply for it after filing I-485 due to immigrant intent.
