八老師，我以前交過485，同時交了AP和EAD。現在這個EAD和AP都沒過期，今年剛剛重新renew的。我最近又要交一個新的４８５（新485的140已經批準了），我可不可以再基於新４８５交一個AP和EAD？我主要是怕上一個485被拒，現在手裏的EAD和AP就失效了。
-Normally you only can apply for the new EAD/AP in advance up to 120 days before the current EAD/AP expires. But not hurt you to try it because you use a new I-485 for EAD/AP application.
