-It is very strange to me. I have no idea how AP approval has nothing to do with the court. Probably the IO drunk too much alcohol.
我老婆急著回國，老丈人病重。打電話催會不會反被拒絕。還是等我那個我的AP批準了以後再催?
-She may just bring the passport, I-485 receipt and I-131 receipt to the local USCIS to apply for th emergency AP. You also can do the same thing if you want to apply for emergency AP (bring the passport and I-485 receipt only in your case).
