我一個朋友通過律師申請綠卡，同時遞交了140，485，和AP，EAD申請。AP和EAD已經批了，但是當初準備的很匆忙材料準備的很粗糙，我朋友怕140不批。目前140還是pending
1. 可以再交一個140嗎（同一個申請人）？

2.可以再交一個485嗎？當移民局審批新485時會不會參考原來的485呢？
