求教：本人H4，EAD還有一個月就過期了，已經申請了延期，但是估計一個月之內是拿不到新的EAD的。我現在在學校代課，我想問在拿到新的EAD之前是不是不能出去代課？

-You can not work when the EAD expires, and work again after the EAD renewal application is approved. You should have filed the application earlier (you can do it in advance up to 120 days before the old EAD expires).

如果去了會不會惹上什麽法律問題？

-You will be out of status due to violation the status rule.
