我們家綠卡處於485pending狀態，H1B到期，公司說要renew H1B/H4，填表時遇到一些問題，請老師幫忙解答
1. My wife has the A-number from her previous H-4's EAD, should this A-Number be used in her I-539 form for H-4 extension?
-She may put the A# on her I-485 receipt notice.
2. For question "Has Form I-485, Application to Register permanent Residence or Adjust Status, EVER been filed by your or by any other persion included in this application?" in my wife's I539 form, should we answer "Yes" or "No" here? Since my wife has her 485 submitted along with my 485(主申請人).
-Say "Yes".
3. For question 18 on I765 form, since I am still in H-1B renewing process and she falls into (C)(26) category, what receipt number I should put here?
-It is the H-1B receipt number on your most recent H-1B approval or receipt notice (I-797) which will expire very soon.
