從NSC的轄區搬家到TSC的轄區。當時485是交給NSC，EAD/AP也是NSC批的。現在要renew，是寄給NSC，還是TSC 啊？

-It is TSC (check the Instructions). The I-765/I-131 filing address is based on where you are currenlty living, not where your I-485 was filed/located.
